Your nights, in perspective
Was it one unusual night—or does the pattern repeat?

Your usual range. Recent changes. The nights behind them.
Put one night in perspective.
See individual breathing readings alongside the selected range’s mean. Keep snoring separate, rather than letting one sound stand in for breathing.
See what changed recently.
Compare the latest 7 included recording days with the previous 7 when both groups contain enough available readings. The comparison stays the same when you widen the view.
Return to the night behind a point.
Select a reading, then use its recording entry to open that night. Tags add context about what was different before bed.
Keep the dates and evidence in view.
How the comparisons are counted
Which nights are included
The 7, 30 and 90 options select up to that many recent qualifying recording days, not consecutive calendar days. The app shows the actual dates and available readings.
Readings and missing data
Review individual breathing and snoring readings with the mean of the selected range. Missing dates and unavailable values are not filled with zero. Select a point to inspect its reading and use the recording entry to return to that night.
A consistent recent comparison
Changes compare the latest 7 qualifying recording days with the previous 7. Both groups need 7 qualifying dates and an available reading for the metric in each group; otherwise the change is not shown. Selecting a 30- or 90-recording-day view does not change this fixed comparison.
Tags and available group sizes
Factor comparisons use the latest 14 qualifying recording days. Each metric needs at least 3 available readings in both the tagged and untagged groups. The untagged group includes unanswered or unknown tag information; it does not prove that the behavior was absent.
What your record can tell you.
The chart describes changes in phone-audio observations. It does not establish a health change, a cause or treatment effect. Our published acoustic classification methods provide the model foundation, not a guarantee about every personal trend.
